Please reschedule 24 hours from your appointment. If you No Show or Do Not Reschedule prior to 24 hours a $50 dollar fee will be added to your next service.

There is a 15-minute grace period. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your appointment please keep in mind that I may need to alter service from the original service scheduled.

Children under the age of eleven are welcomed to the salon as clients only. This is for their safety, and it allows me, your stylist, to provide you with the best service.

Hair Extensions are recommended to be moved up every 6-8 weeks.

The longer it takes for you to come in and get them moved up the more knots will develop.

If you get hair extensions and your goal is for your hair to grow and you are not coming in to get them moved up regularly (meaning 6-8 weeks) then hair extensions are counter-productive for you.

After any lighting processes, it is recommended you purchase a good deep conditioning mask.

If you go lighter and are preventing brassy tones purple/blue shampoo is strongly recommended.

With that said these are drying shampoos therefore I suggest you pair them with a hydrating conditioner.

In addition, all types of lighting services are damaging, expect to condition your hair and expect additional maintenance

POLICY:
Any LACK OF PLANNING by a 3RD PARTY (or direct client or agency) DOES NOT CONSTITUTE AN EMERGENCY on behalf of Great Hair Affair (nor its sub-contracted professionals/affiliates) without appropriate YFM price increases.

EMERGENCY SERVICES of any kind (i.e. special event or advance bookings which were canceled within 1 week of the originally agreed service date) shall incur a YFM Fee amounting to a maximum of 50% of the initial agreed/booked service price ).
Situational assessments for any exceptions are to be made ONLY, on a discretionary basis, by Great Hair Affair management.

If for any reason, an Special Event advanced-booked service is canceled last minute (i.e. within 72 hours of the agreed service date/time) the following YFM fees may apply:

(1) IF the special event’s service date/time was booked MORE than 1 month in advance, and subsequently canceled within 5 days of the agreed service date, 50% of the agreed price shall be non-refundable and/or billed automatically.

OR

(2) IF Great Hair Affair / its affiliates are re-engaged (AFTER aforementioned cancellation of initially agreed services within 48hours of the intial booking time), a discretionary surcharge of +50% shall be charged by the stylists IN ADDITION TO any intially agreed prices (and included tips). (e.g. an agreed $100/hour service shall be billed at $150+/hour).
